Our client has an urgent vacancy for a HR Advisor based in Harlow. The role is for 6 months covering maternity leave.
To support all people management processes & service administration & associated records and systems setup and maintenance
The role will have responsibility across the full service range but will be prioritised against a core service line or process area
The HR Services advisor will line manage an HR Administrator
To maintain all personnel records in a timely, accurate and confidential way
To ensure all HR & training systems & folders are maintained and updated
To draft simple correspondence & contract variation letters using templates
To support annual people management processes , keeping records & systems updated, information collated and the appropriate documentation produced and sent to relevant employees ( for example appraisal rating summaries, annual salary letters, bonus letters, employee surveys etc).
- A level desirable
- CIPD associate
Experience & skills
- A minimum of 2 years in an HR administration role in a fast moving operational environment ( essential)
- HR or training records systems (essential)
- Excel, word, powerpoint
- Benefit administration
