Alexander Chapel Truro have supplied ****  Nursing Home in Camborne with Nurses, Carers and Kitchen staff over the past two years.  All the staff supplied are very well qualified and have worked alongside our own staff as part of our team.  I would recommend Alexander Chapel to any company as they are very good at supplying staff at short notice.  The office staff are also very helpful and friendly.

We are a small-bespoke care home with a small group and team.  For us it is important that we have confidence in agency staff, that the group has consistency and the whole team gels. We have a regular support worker (M), whom we respect and trust; she comes across as a professional support worker and is an asset to the team. M is hardworking and person centred; she takes time and effort to acknowledge and consider our guys, which means a great deal to us. We all look forward to shifts when she is working.

The staff are backed up with a really strong office team which are quick and efficient to communicate and help when necessary. The service we receive is excellent.

Hi Gerry,

Lovely to speak to you on the phone this afternoon, as requested I’m putting our conversation in writing for you also.

On the 17th September 2015 we had one of your agency carers – JW cover a 3-9pm shift for us.
I cannot thank him or praise him enough for his hard work on this shift. J arrived 15 minutes early for his shift, introduced himself and asked relevant questions of our residents and shift timings (i.e. meal times) whilst maintaining privacy at all times.
Whilst on a our afternoon tea round with one of our care assistants, I heard J knock before entering a residents room, introducing the resident by name and also introducing himself – something I felt as very person-centered, reassuring and professional.
Our senior carer on duty for that shift reported to me this morning that Jim was a pleasure to work with, professional throughout and asked relevant questions regarding the residents before tending to their personal needs and evening routine. She was very impressed that nothing seemed to phase J and he worked efficiently throughout the shift.
We are very impressed with his high standard of work and that our residents were also very happy of which is of high importance to us.

Once again a massive thank you to yourselves and J for helping us, we won’t hesitate in using your service again.

Over the past 3 months I have been booking agency staff from Alexander Chapel AC-HE.
The standard of staff supplied from Alexander Chapel has always been very good. Communicating with the agency is easy and very prompt giving managers such as myself, peace of mind that our requests are being treated with haste.

We always look to Alexander Chapel first with our vacancies as they are consistent with the Nurses and H.C.A they provide, which in-turn is great for us, and the residents.

Since joining ACHE Birmingham , Jenny Sheffield’s attitude and approach in handling issues regarding work has been excellent if not fantastic. Jenny’s method of approach has always been positive, she won’t be rude or harsh in discussions with staff; rather she would offer words of encouragement that would further boost staff ego.
